About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley Rivera — the founder (and currently the entire team) behind Tintavera.
Tintavera is my quiet little corner of design, but it’s also the result of years of lived experience — not just as a designer, but as an administrator, problem‑solver, and detail‑oriented person who genuinely cares about how things work.
I have over 10 years of hands‑on design experience and earned my Associate’s degree in 2017. Over the years, my work has lived at the intersection of design and administration — creating forms, systems, documents, and visual tools that people actually need to use every day.
In my administrative roles, I’ve worked across operations, HR, safety, invoicing, internal communications, and process documentation. That background shaped how I design. I don’t just focus on how something looks — I think about clarity, usability, structure, and the real human on the other side of the page.
To me, design isn’t just creative work. It’s a way of serving.
I design with intention — visual systems, structured forms, paper goods, and everyday tools that make life easier, not heavier. Things that function well, feel good to use, and reflect care.
Whether I’m creating polished materials for a business or a notebook meant to help someone slow down and think more clearly, my goal is the same: thoughtful design that feels considered.
Tintavera exists because I believe good design should support people — quietly, beautifully, and purposefully.
When You Work With Me
Working with Tintavera means working directly with me — no layers, no handoffs, no guessing.
Here’s what that looks like:
-
I bring an administrative mindset to every project. I think through structure, flow, and real-world use so your materials don’t just look polished — they work.
-
Because I’ve worked inside businesses, I design with your processes in mind. Forms make sense. Systems feel intuitive. Documents anticipate questions before they’re asked.
-
I design for the people using your materials — your clients, your staff, your audience. Everything is built to feel clear, calm, and considerate.
-
You work directly with the person doing the work. I listen closely, ask the right questions, and treat your project with genuine care.
-
I don’t believe design should add stress. My goal is to make your life easier — through clarity, intention, and tools you can actually rely on.
If you value thoughtful details, clear systems, and design that quietly supports your work, you’ll feel at home here.
